
This tastes so good it’s hard to believe it’s just tofu! When Callan made it I really thought there was dairy-free cheese in it!

YOU’LL NEED:
- Extra firm tofu
- Vegan breading
- Cashew milk
- Salt & pepper
- Tomato sauce
- Dairy free cheese shreds
- Oregano
- Press your tofu for 20 minute
- Cut your tofu into slices
- Pour enough cashew milk into a bowl to submerge the tofu slices
- Pour vegan breading into a small place and dip the tofu into the cashew milk followed by the breading, coating evenly
- Line baking pan and add tofu pieces, lightly dust with salt & pepper
- Bake for 10 minutes @ 350
- Remove from oven, coat tops with tomato sauce, oregano and dairy free cheese shreds
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes
- Enjoy!
