This tastes so good it’s hard to believe it’s just tofu! When Callan made it I really thought there was dairy-free cheese in it!

YOU’LL NEED:

  • Extra firm tofu
  • Vegan breading
  • Cashew milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tomato sauce
  • Dairy free cheese shreds
  • Oregano
  1. Press your tofu for 20 minute
  2. Cut your tofu into slices
  3. Pour enough cashew milk into a bowl to submerge the tofu slices
  4. Pour vegan breading into a small place and dip the tofu into the cashew milk followed by the breading, coating evenly
  5. Line baking pan and add tofu pieces, lightly dust with salt & pepper
  6. Bake for 10 minutes @ 350
  7. Remove from oven, coat tops with tomato sauce, oregano and dairy free cheese shreds
  8. Bake for another 10-15 minutes
  9. Enjoy!
