These make the perfect finger food! A healthier alternative to regular fries, they offer a delicious crunch and a creamy flavour! Pair with spicy garlic mayo and your whole family will be coming back for more.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 4 large ripe avocados
  • 1-2 cups of unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp of sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

STEPS:

  1. Pour your olive oil into an air fryer and set to 375. Let it heat up for 5 minutes (if you don’t have an air fryer you can pan fry)
  2. While your oil is heating up pour your breadcrumbs, flour, salt and pepper onto a large plate and pour your cashew milk into a bowl
  3. Remove pit and slice your avocados into thick strips
  4. Coat your avocado slices in your cashew milk
  5. Once avocados are coated in your milk transfer to your breadcrumb and flour mixture, make sure to evenly coat each fry in breading
  6. Place in your air fryer, be sure to not over crowd
  7. Cook fries for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy
  8. Place your vegan mayo in a bowl and add garlic powder and sriracha, stir to combine
  9. Remove fries and let cool for 2-3 minutes
  10. Plate and serve with your spicy garlic mayo and enjoy!
