This vegan caesar dressing is so easy and creamy! We tend to get Caesar salad cravings from time to time. Once we thought about it, we realize caesar dressing is pretty much just a creamy base with garlic, some citrus and a few other flavours. We made this delicious dressing together and couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Its so much healthier than traditional caesar dressing and still hits all the same notes on your palette. We made ours in a high powered blender but any blender should do the trick! This dressing would also be amazing in wraps or on sandwiches. We hope you love it as much as we did!
We also made our own homemade croutons using a baguette! It makes it even more delicious in our opinion and definitely recommend trying to make your own.

½ cup of raw cashews
½ cup of water
1 tsp of capers
3 – 4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
½ tsp of sriracha
½ tbsp of dijon mustard
The juice from half a lemon
A pinch of salt and pepper
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Set dressing in the fridge to cool.
- Serve dressing on salad, wraps or sandwiches!
