This recipe is all about fresh produce. We have many pasta dishes on our food blog but this one really lets the ingredients shine. I was shopping at our local grocery store and came across some capellini! I could never seem to find this type of pasta anywhere I looked. Capellini is essentially very thin spaghetti. Theres something about it that is just so delicious. We didn’t want to over complicate this recipe and we know of three flavours that go hand in hand. Garlic, basil and fresh tomatoes. These three flavours are staples in Italian cuisine and there’s a good reason for it, they’re incredible. This pasta has a light garlic oil sauce and pan fried with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil from our garden. If there’s one herb we would recommend growing at home it would have to be basil. Garden grown herbs are on a different level and its a great way to take your cooking up a notch. I grew up eating a lot of pasta dishes dishes so recipes like this will always have a special place in my heart. This recipe is definitely best when its fresh out of the pot. Capellini has a tendency to stick together after a night in the fridge. Reyhan and I love where this food blog is taking us and we find it so motivating to hear you guys trying our recipes. It means the world to us that we can make people happy with food while spreading awareness about the vegan lifestyle. From us to you, we would like to say thank you for supporting our page! We hope you find this recipe as fresh and delicious as we did. Enjoy.
